If you decide in the run of your day to arrange your appointment or making a change of appointment by E-mail, please take time to fill in all information. We in return will gladly confirm your appointment by phone or e-mail.

However, for any cancellation of appointment, we need at least 48 hours of notice. Thank you.

Emergency Calls: After office hours all emergency calls will go directly to the doctor. She will return your phone call expediently. If necessary, the office will be opened to emergency visit once reviewed by the doctor.
